Shipping Policy

This shipping clause clarifies all logistics responsibilities and risk standards applicable to all apparel orders of our store. After payment confirmation, all orders will be processed, inspected and packaged within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and international public holidays. Our quality inspection system strictly screens defective products caused by craftsmanship, printing errors, fabric defects and improper cutting. All garments are packaged with anti-pressure and anti-wrinkle technology to adapt to complex cross-border transportation environments. Once the package leaves our warehouse, the logistics transportation risk will be transferred to the buyer, and the store will no longer be responsible for transit delays, extrusion damage and customs detention caused by third-party logistics and official policy factors.

We provide unrestricted global shipping services for all regions. All estimated delivery times are based on standard logistics data, but cannot guarantee absolute punctuality. Force majeure factors including natural disasters, regional traffic control, customs policy adjustment, logistics carrier suspension and global epidemic control will lead to delivery delays, which are not within the store’s liability scope. All orders support real-time tracking inquiry, and we will timely update logistics exception information to ensure order transparency.

The buyer shall independently bear all shipping fees, import duties, VAT, clearance fees and remote area surcharges. Any tax penalty, storage fee and return freight caused by the buyer’s failure to clear customs in time or refusal to pay taxes shall be deducted from the refund amount. The store is not responsible for after-sales disputes caused by incorrect customer address, long-term unclaimed packages and customer personal reasons. Only valid quality problems reported within 48 hours after receipt can enjoy official after-sales support; non-quality returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer at their own cost.
